@1icyhot's Terms Of Service- IMPORTANT: An additional $5 fee will be charged if paid on Ko-fi, because of the way the platform works. Thank you for understanding- Once the artist has fully accepted the commission and payment has been made, the commissioner has agreed with the Terms of Service the artist has presented and has agreed to everything enlisted in the TOS- No refunds- Visual reference is needed- The payment is upfront, through PayPal or Ko-fi-  The artist retains full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use- All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of this artist's artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited unless discussed beforehand- The artist may use the commission piece as a sample and/or for advertisement (Commissioner agrees to this point the moment the payment is done unless discussed beforehand)- Please respect the artist at any moment- The commissioner may edit, cut, filter, etc. the commissioned piece as long as the signature isn't removed with malicious intent, as well as the edit being made- The commissioner may not use this artist's artwork as references of their own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image- The commissioner may inquiry only one status update per week. Otherwise the artist will update after finishing each phase (sketch, lineart, lightning of the piece and finished product)-Only 2 allowed changes per phase (sketch, lineart and lightning)-Time of completion can be: 4-6 weeks on average (6-8 weeks if with additional background work).- The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation under certain circumstances (ie. Harassment from the commissioner, negative information pertaining the commissioner comes to light)- If the artist cancels the commission due to an inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given- Design accuracy may vary due to the artist's interpretation of the references given- The artist has the right to refuse a commission for any reason before starting
